I sing to create a space where we can meet.

Songs shaped by travel, nature, intimate gatherings and the simple act of singing together.

STORIES FROM THE ROAD

Singing through a window in Filisur

A song through the window

Filisur, Graubünden · Winter 2026

Read story →

I came to spend the winter in the Swiss Alps looking for new inspiration — to write new songs, share what I had learned, and learn from this land.

One afternoon, while taking photographs in a park in Filisur, this lady appeared at her window and said hello. We could hardly communicate — her Swiss German and my broken German didn't take us very far — so I thought: maybe we can sing.

I shared a few German songs about Pachamama and the strength of the heart.

For twenty precious minutes, we shared smiles, music and breath. Around us stood old apple trees, the mountains, and the quietness of the Alps.

Sometimes a song is enough to meet.

Rehearsing a singing circle in Zürich

Gathering to sing

Zürich · Spring 2026

Read story →

We gathered to rehearse for a singing circle in Zürich. We met twice, but this particular afternoon stayed with me.

We explored Spanish songs and a few mantras, getting to know one another beyond the music — so that when it was time to improvise, we could listen, trust, and feel each other in the circle.

We played, talked, walked, and spent the afternoon together in the Zürich spring.

The rehearsal became part of the music itself.
